Where can I get Dinningroom chairs repaired?

We have 4 padded chairs with arms. They are on a pedestal with 4 rollers. Something in the pedestal on 2 of them is either broken or loose. When you sit on the chair it leans to the front or the back. We have tried to find a way to tighten them, but, it may need a special tool to get down inside the pedestal. I even took the pedestal off the bottom of the chair to see if it could be reached from the other side. There was excessive weigh (3 people at one time) put on the chairs and it is probably broken inside the pedestal. I can't find anywhere to get the pedestals to replace them. Please help!
