Chairs.........? I rented fifty chairs for my in home wedding because I invited fifty guests. I am concerned that some people will not come and this will make the room feel empty. Should I not set up all of the chairs until the thirty five or so already set up are filled or just set them all up to begin with?

The chairs are rolling office chairs and the floor is linoleum. The wheels can be removed, but, without the wheels, the chair is not usable to sit on because the pole in the center of the chair base comes down farther than where the wheels are attached. There is no money in the budget for new chairs (there are 33 of them), rugs or cushions under the chairs, or to carpet the room. The wheels are made of plastic. There is a small metal axle between the two sides of a wheel leaving space between them. The top half (but not the sides) of the wheel unit is covered by a plastic outer shell. Anyone have any ideas? Where can I get Dinningroom chairs repaired? We have 4 padded chairs with arms. They are on a pedestal with 4 rollers. Something in the pedestal on 2 of them is either broken or loose. When you sit on the chair it leans to the front or the back. We have tried to find a way to tighten them, but, it may need a special tool to get down inside the pedestal. I even took the pedestal off the bottom of the chair to see if it could be reached from the other side. There was excessive weigh (3 people at one time) put on the chairs and it is probably broken inside the pedestal. I can't find anywhere to get the pedestals to replace them. Please help!
